Customs and immigration at Jolly Harbour Marina

For inward and outward bound clearance the 3 government services - Customs, Immigration and Port Authority are available on the marina premises. In general they provide service seven days a week from 9:00-16:00 hours.

NOTE: Sometimes Port Authority is not staffed on weekends.  Yachts wishing to leave on a weekend should check on Friday afternoon to avoid departure delays.

To facilitate immigration process for visiting boats to Jolly Harbour Marina we invite you to download the official Crew List Form required upon arrival.  You can fill this out at your leisure prior ready for presentation as you arrive.

 

 

Jolly Harbour Marina is a port of entry. Customs, Immigration and Port Authority have their own dock which is situated North of the Superyacht Terminal. Upon arrival, yachts requiring clearance should call Customs on VHF Channel 16 and proceed to the Port Authority dock for clearance.  Large yachts can go directly to the Superyacht Terminal South of the customs dock.
 
Clearance from the last port you visited, crew list, passports and ship's papers are required when checking in.
